Season Opener WIN
The Freshman Football team traveled to Saint Clair Shores for their season opener against the Lakeview Huskies. It was a hot and humid one that saw a little rain as well. The defense smothered any hopes Lakeview had of getting their offense going and Lapeer scored 3 Special Teams Touchdowns in the first quarter alone. Coltyn Byrnes, Bralyen Wojecieowski, Owen Crum, Chance Hargrave and Landen Rodgers all scored TDs as Lapeer absolutely routes Lakeview 46 - 8 in the first game ever played on their new grey field turf. Lapeer starts the season off with a WIN and a 1-0 record.
