Montgomery, NY — Pine Bush Varsity Girls Lacrosse team came together again for an end-of-season awards banquet, celebrating an exceptional season. Each player was recognized for their contributions to the team this season and to the program over the course of their playing career. The team celebrated a historic season as Section IX Champions! The following players were recognized for making the Section IX All-Star Teams: Sophia Licardi - 1st Team All-Star Fiona Varley - 1st Team All-Star Grace Grant - 2nd Team All-Star Katie Cragan - Honorable Mention Leah Meberg - Honorable Mention Special awards were given to Julia Tanner and Sophia Licardi (Commitment), Alle Pierpoint (Coachability), and Katie Cragan (Kindness). Camryn Kodgis received our Coaches Award for selflessly taking on whatever role the team needed. Kate Harris received Most Improved Player in recognition of her dedication and commitment to become the best she can be. Sophia Licardi earned Most Valuable Player as our biggest impact player consistently throughout the season. The evening was a joyful mix of reflection and celebration for the team and their families!
