How has the game of soccer impacted your life?
“Soccer has opened my eyes to how well you can get along with a group of girls who come together just to play a game that we all find common joy in. It has also helped me stay in shape and is a great stress reliever from school. Coming out to the field after a hard day at school does so much for you as a person.”
What is your favorite thing or memory about being involved with soccer?
“When we made a deal with Coach B that if we won the game we all got a selfie with her husband and her. It was so much fun, and we did end up winning the game!”
What other school activities are you involved in besides soccer?
“I am involved with playing dungeons and dragons”
Share a fun fact or two about yourself.
“I have an adorable cat named Suki and I love to draw”
Coaches quote about Sadie:
“Sadie encapsulates what it means to work hard for something that you want. Sadie wasn’t happy with her role in our program as a junior and she decided to work her butt off to get the result she wanted. Sadie was involved playing summer soccer league, playing club soccer in the fall, and playing indoor soccer all winter and really developed into a solid varsity soccer player with all of her work and time put in. You would also have to look very hard to try to find someone with as positive of an attitude as Sadie. She always shows up with a smile and is ready to work as hard as she can. All of us involved in the soccer program truly appreciate Sadie’s consistent attitude and effort.”
