Walled Lake, MI — To date, we have been working out three days a week. We have had an average of about 40 boys attending! We are focusing on the core lifts and plyometrics. Also football specific running drills. We are making gains and working hard. Next week is our dead week. Please encourage the boys to run and lift 3-4 times next week.
