Bears take down Smithville
The bears took down a very tough Smithville team with a final score of 44-34. The bears started strong, going up 15-7 after the first quarter. The bears held a 23-16 halftime lead and weathered a hot shooting three point third quarter from the Smithies. The game was all tied up at 28-28 to start the fourth quarter. The bears then went on a 10-0 run and eventually closed out the game to secure their first win of the season.
