Hummer sports park is offering $20 physicals Tues, Wednesdays from 5 pm - 7 pm. Thursday from 5 pm - 7 pm physicals will be offered at Highland Park High School located at 2424 SE California.
We would like to have all paperwork completed and handed into our athletics office so that players are ready to check out equipment. If there is no physical on file for a player, they will not check-out equipment, until that is completed.
