We will be having a make-up fitting on Wednesday at the cheer gym from 6-7pm. You can come by and drop off missing documents then as well or on Saturday (22nd) during equipment distribution. Here are the links to the documents, you can also find them on the VPW home page (just scroll down). We also need the last report card and a copy of the birth certificate. If in doubt, bring another copy or message me and I can check what we are missing for your player. We need the documents added online (some were done when you registered) and a hard copy for our books. Players with any missing paperwork will not be allowed to start practicing until ALL paperwork is turned in.
