Get ready to spend the day with Topeka area sports legends along with other former professional and college athletes. Young athletes have the opportunity to learn from some of the most elite athletes in the world. Young athletes can choose to participate in both basketball and football camps or only pick one. Youth ages 9 - 17 will be split into two groups by ages and/or skill level. Both groups will the opportunity to attend both camps. Ages: 9-17 Time: 9:00am - 2:00pm Location: Yager Stadium & Lee Arena Cost: $20* *T-Shirt and Lunch included in cost
THE CAUSE Inspired by the wishes of late Kevin Weems, who always envisioned the local legends of Topeka return to the community that helped raise them. The initiative began July 2022 and is anticipated to be an annual event aimed to inspire the youth of Topeka of the potential path sports can provide for them.
