Cafe B at 4pm sharp
Slight change of plans for next Tuesday. We have a surprise guest coach joining us so we will be in Cafe B on the mats Tuesday and conditioning starting Thursday. Football guys if you can come and listen at the beginning that would be great before going go practice.
