Bees defeat the Bulldogs
The Zee-Bees defeated the Waukegan Bulldogs by a score of 6-1 on Tuesday evening. The Bees got on the board in the first inning. Andrew Carlson drew a walk, scoring the first run. The Zee-Bees added to their total in the fourth inning, scoring an additional 5 runs. Rafael Villalobos, Henry Stried, and Carlson all drove in runs in the frame. Henry Stried threw a complete game three-hitter striking out 15 batters and helped lead the Zee-Bees to their first conference win of the season. Dominic Diliberti also contributed a double in the Bee's victory. The Zee-Bees return to action against Waukegan at Bowen park this Friday for the annual Battle at Bowen game.
