Jim Thorpe, PA — Both the Olympians Boys and Girls squads came out victorious in a dual meet agains neighboring Lehighton! The boys squad won 108-42 led by a balanced attack throughout all events. The girls won due to 11 first place finishes to 7 for Lehighton with a tied scored of 75-75. The girls relays were the star of the show going 3 for 3 earning 15 critical team points! The quartet of Nicole Carroll, Aubrey Bonner, Aurora VanAuken, and Ehlauna Penn got it done in the last race of the day! Down 5 (70-75) the girls knew they needed the win to even up the score and let the meet be determined by tiebreaker criteria and left no doubt as to who was going to win the race! Up next is a triple dual meet Tuesday, 4/4 at the High School stadium with North Schuylkill, Marian, Panther Valley, Nativity, and Weatherly.
