Santa Ana, CA — The varsity traveled to Santa Anna high school this past Wednesday and Thursday. We competed in the Asics SoCal challenge tournament. As a team, we wrestled extremely well. We brought 11 of the 14 weight classes, and we were able to walk away with a 7th place trophy out of 65 teams entered. We had five total players, congratulations to them, but without the rest of the team contributing placing so well would not have happened. Great job by everybody who came and wrestled hard.
