Sayreville falls to Middletown North
Sayreville got off to a slow start against Middletown North and trailed 21-6 after the first quarter. Sayreville showed fight as they hung in the remainder for the 3 quarters. The 15 point margin in the first was too much to overcome. Freshman, Sam Jones led Sayreville in scoring with 16 points. Sophomore, Keithan Shuler added 11 points. Junior, Devon Mitchell played tough down low scoring 7 points along with 10 rebounds. Devon Mitchell earned the games Blue Collar Mentality Hard Hat Award.
