Huntington Beach, CA — Recap: Our 4 varsity girls made some noise at Edison High School wrestling some tough competition. Rei Ikeda pinned her way to the semifinals and earned her way to a 3rd place finish. Jazmin Magyar lost her first match of the day but wrestled back to finish 3rd. Lily Mendez also outwrestled some tough girls to get herself a bronze medal as well. Hassina went 2 - 2, falling a bit short of a medal this time. These girls continue to show why Irvine is ranked top 10 in the county for girls wrestling!!!
