TICKET PRICES: General Admission: FREE Students w/ASB FREE Students w/ASB (SR & JR HI) FREE Senior Citizens FREE Elementary (Over 5) FREE Pre-school children FREE PASSES: The following WILL BE ACCEPTED: League Passes (this includes life-time passes) WIAA District IV Passes Officials Association Passes BUS PARKING: Bus parking and drop off will be the same as a standard game. Enter off of 19th street through back gate drop off and continue out to park in bus garage parking. Pick up same way once contest is all complete. We will not let buses access until all play is finished. Each team can park up to 2 vehicles in back parking lot. Equipment and Trainer or other. Please provide a name in advance if you choose to access this option. DRESSING ROOMS and GEAR: A.) Team B (MV) will use the home dressing room and west side of the bleachers on the visitor side of the stadium to store equipment. Team A (PHS) will use the visitor dressing room and the middle bleacher section on the visitor side to store equipment. Team C (EHS) will rotate into locker room as needed and store equipment on the east side of the visitor bleachers. B.) Stadium will open at 6:00 PM and Pre-Game for the first match-up is 6:15 PM C.) REMINDER: All equipment is the responsibility of the school. FAN SECTION: There will be no specific fan areas … open seating for all on a first come, first serve basis. A.) Only the following individuals will be permitted on the sidelines: - Team Members - School Sanctioned Coaches - Trainers - Managers - Team Physician - Supervisors B.) All individuals on the sidelines must observe rules of the game. C.) Ice is available in the stadium TRAINER: A.) ALL schools are to provide their own medical personnel SPECTATORS and CHEER: A) Ticket booth is located on the west side of the stadium – will be closed, as event is FREE. B) Stadium parking is in designated areas only. C) Cheerleaders and drill team in uniform will be admitted free, as will everyone. PRESS BOX: A) Those eligible to be in the press box are: - Film crew - Coaches (NOTE* ALL teams must provide their own phones). B) Team A (PHS) will have WEST Box, Team B (MV) will have MIDDLE Box and Team C (EHS) will have EAST Box. CONCESSIONS: A modified Concession stands in the stadium will NOT be open during the game. WARMUP: Team B (MV) will warm-up on the Home side … Team A (PHS) will warm-up on the Visitor side. Team C (EHS) will warm up on the track and then on either the Home or Away side (TBD). CROWD CONTROL: A) Please remind your students that they will not be allowed to leave and return to the stadium during the game. B) Spectators will be expected to behave as per the WIAA “Just Play Fair” guidelines. C) Supervision of the student rooting section is the responsibility of the administration of each school. Please have faculty supervisors scattered throughout the student body sections. One administrator is to be present to help with student control: please have that person check in with the game manager. D) Security personnel will be on duty during the game

TEAMS: Evergreen (White Jersey); Prairie (Red Jersey); Mountain View (Blue Jersey) MATCH-UP NOTES: Example from 2017 Game 1: MV vs. PHS (Based on Head to Head contest MV earned right to choose rotation sequence): * If MV advances: EHS will have choice based on Head to Head * If PHS advances: PHS will have choice based on Head to Head ** Note: once “overtime” begins following the two possessions (if tied), then the team that won the Head to Head match-up will get to choose heads or tails at the coin toss, as if it were the visiting team.
