West Milford, NJ — After a three game win streak, we fell 16-8 to Vernon today. The game was stopped with under 2 minutes remaining due to thunder and was concluded at that point. Our girls were challenged today, facing a high level team, with limited subs to help. Our game strategy and plan had to be redesigned and adjustments had to be made just before the game. Despite these challenges, many of our lady Highlanders rose and gave it their all. Today’s achievements were a TEAM effort. Overall, it was a great TEAM performance today. Way to support each other on the field. Hold your heads high!
