Covina, CA — The Chargers opened their first meet of the season yesterday against the South Hills Huskies! The Varsity Girls were lead by Junior Nicole Perez with 2 individual even wins in the 200 yard Individual Medley and the 500 yard freestyle! The Varsity Boys were lead by Sophomore Wade Mu with 1 individual event win in the 500 Yard freestyle, Senior Sean Light with 2 individual event wins in the 50 yard and 100 yard Freestyle, and Junior Serai Schneider with 2 individual events in the 200 yard Individual Medley and the 100 yard Breaststroke! Varsity Boys won with a score of 95-70 Varsity Girls lost with a very close score of 85-83. JV Boys lost 81-43 JV Girls lost 77-55 Congrats too all COHS swimmers!!
