Timely Hitting Brings Tigers to the Edge of Victory
The South Pasadena Junior Varsity Tigers made a valiant effort to come from behind but fell one run short of a league victory against the La Canada Spartans at home one Tuesday. Owen Woodworth began the game on the mound for the Tigers, going 5 2/3 innings. Leo Castillo and Tyler Vargas closed out the game.
