TOPEKA, KS — Good Evening, Mavericks! Congrats to our State Swimming & Diving Team, Your Mavs swimming and diving team took 6th overall at State. BOTH of our divers, Carter Bowles (15th) and Fabrizio Quiroz (14th) made and scored in the finals. This is a huge achievement as it was our first season of diving, and they had ONLY been diving for about 3 months. We had some AMAZING swims too. The top 16 teams scored points. Below are the highlights: Relays: 200 Free - 2nd Rylan Bally, Alex Warren, Levi Eck, and Regan Richardson 400 Free - 4th Rylan Bally, Alex Warren, Levi Eck, and Regan Richardson 200 Medley - 22nd Lawson McKibbin, Carter Bowles, Fabrizio Quiroz, Alex Warren Individual: 100 Free - 9th Rylan Bally 500 Free - 13th Levi Eck Special CONGRATULATIONS to Regan Richardson, your new 2 time State Champion!!! Regan WON the 50 freestyle with a 21.17 and he WON the 100 Freestyle with a 45.65. Regan was also chosen to the First Team All State Team.
