Clifton, NJ — Manny Gonzalez throws a no-hitter as Clifton Mustangs Varsity shutout and mercy Hawthorne Christian 10-0 in five innings on Wednesday at Nash Park. Defense was behind Gonzalez all the way, including a diving catch by Connor Reed early in the game. Josh Miller had two monster hits for a triple and double during the game. Dane Mocera also had two hits in the game. Both players collected 3 RBIs during the game. Jayden Severino, Juan Peralta and Nick Plaskon all had hits as well during a well played game by the Mustangs.
