Make sure that you have: 1. Sweat/Warm-Up Top 2. Sweat/Warm-Up Pants (Bottoms) 3. Water bottle 4. Tennis Shoes/Cross-Trainers 5. Competition Spikes or Throwers shoes *Please do not show up for practice in shorts & tee-shirt (or Khakis)
